ANNOUNCEMENT AFTER THE NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (NEC) CONFERENCE ON 27 SEPTEMBER AT 8 A.M. AT THE SEAT OF NEC
On 27 September 2005 at 8 a.m. at the seat of the National Electoral Commission another press conference on the voting for the Parliament and the Senate of the Republic of Poland was held.

The conference was chaired by Judge Stanisław Kosmal who presented the report of NEC on the collective results of the voting for the district deputy candidate lists.
REPORT
Pursuant to Art. 165 section 2 of the Act of 12 April 2001 – The Sejm and Senate of the Republic of Poland Election Ordinance (Journal of Laws No. 46, item 499, No. 74, item 786 and No. 154, item 1802 of 2002 No. 14, item 128, No. 113, item 984, No. 127, item 1089 and No. 153, item 1271, of 2003 No. 57, item 507 and No. 130, item 1188, z 2004 No. 25, item 219 and of 2005 No. 140 item 1173) the National Electoral Commission announces the following.

In the Elections for the Sejm of the Republic of Poland written for 25 September 2005, 11 804 676 of valid votes were cast on the district deputy candidate lists.

Judge Stanisław Kosmal in reply to the query of the
journalists concerning the election result of the Polish Family League said:
We cannot speak for the commission assigning the mandate – you have to address
them to find out the information. The next conference during which the mandate
distribution information will be provided has been schedule for 6 p.m. at the
seat of NEC.
