IV. In comparison with the total
number of the eligible voters, the highest
turnout has been noted in the administrative district of Godziszów, Lubelskie Province – 60.13%
Member
of NEC Stanislaw Zabłocki informed the journalists of two tragic events which
had taken place in Rzeszów and Pleszewo where two electors fainted and died
afterwards. The foregoing events, however, did not cause extension of the
voting time as the electors waited patiently until the voting was renewed.
Infringement of the election silence was
noted in one of the shopping malls where the agitation materials were distributed.
After intervention, those materials were removed. The election silence was
disturbed on the on the Internet but also in this case after the NEC’s
intervention the agitation was concluded on discussion fora.
